By our calculations, the average Thanksgiving meal is about 4,000 calories. During a rousing round of tennis, we can burn about 450 calories per hour. Now for all you math buffs out there, that’s nearly NINE hours of tennis just to burn off one Thanksgiving meal.
So friends, be merry and thankful this holiday, but maybe skip on the second helping of Grandma’s stuffing!
